These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Harvbery Technologies Pvt. Ltd. platform ("Service"). 1. Acceptance. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. 2. The Service is a legal-research and document-productivity tool. It does NOT provide legal advice and does not create an advocate–client relationship. You are responsible for independently verifying all output and for compliance with the Bar Council of India rules and applicable professional-conduct norms. 3. Accounts. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use. 4. Subscriptions & billing. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with notice. 5. Acceptable use. You will not misuse the Service (see the Acceptable Use Policy). 6. Customer data. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. See the Privacy Policy and DPA. 7. Disclaimers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Legal information may be incomplete or out of date; verify against the bare Acts and current case law. 8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. 9. Termination. Either party may terminate per the plan terms; we may suspend for breach. 10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at [CITY] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
