Harvbery Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we") describes here how we handle personal data, consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable rules. Information we collect: account data (name, email), workspace content you upload, usage and log data, and billing metadata (held by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers). How we use it: to provide and secure the Service, process payments, send transactional email, and improve reliability. We process personal data as a Data Fiduciary / Data Processor as applicable. Your rights (Data Principals): the right to access a summary of your data, to correction and completion, to erasure, to grievance redressal, and to nominate. Submit requests in-app (Compliance) or to privacy@harvbery.example; we verify and respond within the timelines under the DPDP Act. Retention: we retain data per your workspace's configured retention policy and as required by law. Security: encryption in transit, role-based access control, MFA, append-only hash-chained audit logging, and least-privilege access. Grievance Officer: grievance@harvbery.example.
